ICOMIA Guidance Note on BREXIT
Update: Edition 2 of the Guidance Note (Date: February 12, 2019)
We have received the first guidance steps from ICOMIA – International Council of Marine Industry Associations regarding UK citizens in case of BREXIT.
You can find attached Edition 1 Edition 2 of a Guidance Note following the rejection of the withdrawal agreement by the UK Parliament.
There are still many uncertainties and we feel it is important to remind everyone to prepare for the worse-case-scenario (hard exit).
Future editions will have further clarifications and cover more topics such as customs procedures or how VAT will be handled.
The Marina staff and administration will be on alert and waiting further news and instructions regarding the matter so as we inform and help out our UK clients the best way possible.
