Marina Fire Safety Drill

While marina fires can be difficult to tackle, the key to protecting boats and marinas from it, is prevention. Vessel & marina maintenance together with crew awareness are two vital measures of fire safety and that was addressed in yesterday’s fire drill and safety exercise in the Marina of Agios Nikolaos. Fire safety is an absolute necessity in both marinas and on board vessels. The marina staff taking part at the regular safety drills is confident and always on alert ready to respond in any given incident.
